Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–6 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier operational issues, strikes, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and location.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value or during promotional periods, as indicated at checkout or on the Site.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order using the link provided or through your account on panvi.in.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within 5–6 working days of shipping confirmation, please contact us using the contact form with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
- In the rare case a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit, subject to investigation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. Panvi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change the shipping address or cancel an order can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- To request a change, contact us immediately via the contact form, quoting your order number.
